Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled service. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service booked. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the missed service.

 15 minute grace period. After that, a $20 late fee will be added and appointment time maybe shortened / cancelled.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OUTSIDE OF CANCELLATION POLICY
